Magic of Maldives is owned and run by husband-and-wife team, Paula and Steve Muncey. We fell in love with Maldives on our first visit over 20 years ago and have been returning ever since, both as a couple and with our children.
We started Magic of Maldives because we wanted to share our passion for this stunning country, and because we have been so frustrated in the past at the poor advice and service we've been given by many other travel companies. Often we found ourselves being advised to book an island we knew didn't fit our requirements, because the travel agent actually had no personal experience of this unique destination or they were trying to push an island where their company needed to sell their allocated rooms. Most of us work and save hard for our holidays so we don't want to make expensive mistakes!
There are over 100 resort islands in Maldives and our aim is to help you find the perfect one for you, whether you're looking for the ultimate in romance and solitude for your honeymoon, a more social island, a diving trip or the perfect family holiday. You will always have a named contact to look after your booking, and our service doesn't end as soon as you've booked and paid for your holiday – we're always on hand to answer any questions you may have, right down to what to pack.
We don't have an automated pricing system online because special offers are announced and withdrawn at various islands almost daily, so we prefer to prepare personal quotations so we can give you the very best price available at the time. We don't have swanky offices or a large staff to pay for, so we're able to keep our prices very competitive, and our membership of the Travel Trust Association gives you 100% financial protection for your holiday. If you book a flight from the UK as well as accommodation with us, your trip is also ATOL protected. Our ATOL Number is T7639
